Thank you for continuing to understand and cooperate with our safety guidelines. We are allowing clients inside the building with their pets at this time. We do not require wearing a mask at this time but we encourage you to wear one if you would like. How SMVC is adapting to the current COVID-19 situation across the world.
We continue to keep our staff and clients as safe as possible with the CDC guidelines as well as the American Veterinary Medical Associations recommendations. We have been accommodating appointments, filling medications, dispensing food and providing Monday thru Friday office hours.
Appointments:
We ask that you come inside the building to check in if you are comfortable. Please refrain from coming in the building if you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of COVID, have been exposed to COVID in the last 10 days or have tested positive in the last 10 days. We ask that you remain in your vehicle and call to check in from a numbered parking spot.
Drive-Thru:
We are currently using our drive thru window for picking up medication, checking out for appointments or checking in for appointments. This window can be utilized at any time during office hours but is not mandatory.
Hours:
We are currently open Monday thru Friday at 8:00am - 5:00pm. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays.
Appreciation:
Thank you so much for your understanding during this difficult time. SMVC values our patients and clients dearly. We are all facing this challenge together and need to support one another more than ever. We will continue to be safe, courteous and compassionate and ask that our clients do the same.
